When you touch agonizing spot on your back again at the end of the day, it has now swollen! These are most commonly referred to as “Bacne (Back Acne)”. Acne is an inflammatory condition of the sebaceous glands that mainly affects the face and neck, however, it may  occur on your back. It is very popular in mostly young people, especially in teenagers, who have reached puberty till the age 30. It also can appear in ages from 30.

1. Exercise a lot


Keep those calories in control by going to the gym is an ideal method to stay fit. Nonetheless, it brings not good news as well. Making a few minutes for the gym, mean sweating a lot. Clearly, you are not ready to take bath or shower till when you have returned home. Unreasonable sweating and not being able to wash up or clean up immediately can cause acne on the body.

2. Hot summer

Giving yourself a pleasant tan at the beach looks like a smart thought. Remember that how this heat may make your sweat glands give out more oil than expected. This may make you have back acne.

3. Tight Clothing

Tight clothing can cause all sorts of health problems, from UTIs to — you guessed it - bacne. Dr. Greuner declares that: "Tight clothing can also hurt your chances of achieving clear skin as it can irritate the surface and makes it difficult for the skin to breathe, therefore promoting clogging."

4. The Waxing Phase

Post–waxed skin is easier to have acne. Waxing makes your pores to open. Not going on the waxed area clean may lead to virus build-up. This may lead to back acne. Keep in mind that you have to keep your body as clean as possible to avoid post-wax acne.

5. Imbalance of Hormones

Acne on different parts of your body can sometimes show imbalanced hormonal condition in your body. Dissimilar transformations in your body may also appear in the form of acne on your skin.

6. Your Sheet problem

You have must spent a lot of your life in bed. So it's worth it to do what you can to make it a sanctuary, not a health hazard. Unfortunately, back acne is often caused by the sheets.

Dr. Greuner supposes: "Your bed sheets can be a base for bacteria, and can also have dirt and oil stick to them over time, so this makes washing your sheets that much more important,”
