Despite attempts to raise consciousness and make Americans more intelligent consumers, one research found that the amount of calories, fat, and sodium in fast-food meals remains largely consistent.

As Americans get more hectic and eat outside more frequently, it could have disadvantageous influents on the individual and America’s healthcare system.
