Cleaning the house is not everyone’s favorite chore. The house may look clean when you first glance at it, but later there will definitely more trash than you thought earlier. For Hang Dhamin – who has a house for rent – cleaning the house become nightmare. The poor host confronted with a "mountain" of rubbish high, almost near the ceiling and two newborn cats.
"I have seen some pictures of dirty houses after renting but I do not believe they are real until I get into this situation." Hang Dhamin, the owner of the house, said on September 30. Looking at the "battlefield", Dhamin thinks that tenant has not taken out the trash for at least a year.
Dhamin say that in 2016, the house was rented by a woman and then transferred back to her son. This man always paid on time and was hygienic. However, for a while, there are some family problems, which lead him to leave home for a cousin to rent it again.
This new tenant not only does not pay the rent on time, but also gathers friends and makes noise, which make the neighbors complain many times. Dhamin decides to claim the house but upon arrival, the tenant disappeared, leaving a huge pile of rubbish including clothes, leftovers, bottles and both newborn cats.
With the help from policies and lawyers, Dhamin regains the house key from the "guest coming from hell". Inside the house, everywhere is full of garbage and even carcasses. He had to rent 7 cars, and takes 6 days to clean everything. Finally, the house was clean but badly damaged. On social media, Dhamin asked the community to help with the money to repair the house.
While everyone is trying to keep their houses clean, these dirty tenants are such a, obsessed tragic for poor hosts.
